Photo Coloring

Giving black and white photos color has been done since the days of black and white film, today thanks to the power of Photoshop you too can do it, except quickly, realistically and relatively painlessly. Today we're going to modify the classic Black and White film The Big Sleep. For a full resolution image, click the image below.

First open your grayscale photograph. When opened in Photoshop we first need to convert the color information to RGB to allow us to add color. To this go to Image --> Mode --> RGB Color.
